It's 5 months since the water was released back into the wetlands and Banrock Station.
The sounds of the animals and the new growth of the plants really is a sight to see, which makes the wetting an important part of maintaining the area.
Tim Field is the wetland manager at Banrock Station and he told Matt Stephens about a few of the visitors to the site now the water is back.
